Good Morning Caregivers and Supporters! As Caregivers we must rest whenever we can. I remember days where my Dad and Mom took a nap at the same time, I would drop everything and lay down. Sometimes I could fall asleep other times it just felt good to lay down. Caregivers it’s ok to rest!
